Terms of Use

1. Who the site is for

The site is addressed to trade professionals: importers, distributors, food service and specialty retail. It is not addressed to consumers and it is not addressed to minors.

2. What the site does not do

It does not sell, does not show prices, does not take orders and does not handle payments. Product information is descriptive: it is not a contractual offer and not a commitment to supply. Every supply is governed by terms agreed in writing on the individual case.

3. Technical and regulatory content

Articles and technical pages cite, where relevant, figures from production specifications, legislation and scientific publications, with the source and its publication date. They are for orientation: they do not replace regulatory verification in the destination country, which remains the importer’s responsibility. Rules change, and the date shown beside each source exists precisely to make the age of the check visible.

4. Intellectual property

Text, diagrams, photographs, brand and layout belong to Bongetta Formaggi srl unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts provided you name the source and link to the original page. You may not reproduce whole pages or articles, nor use the content to build third-party commercial material.

The names of protected designations of origin and the marks of the protection consortia belong to their respective owners.

5. Links to external sites

Some pages link to external sources — legal texts, consortia, publications. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their data practices.

6. Availability

We do what we reasonably can to keep the site reachable and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or remove content at any time; where the change concerns a technical or regulatory figure, we update the date at the top of the page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for commercial decisions taken on the basis of the information published here alone without the verification described in clause 3. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Processing of data collected through the form and through measurement tools is described in the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with trade professionals the courts of Sondrio have jurisdiction, save for any mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
