We publish a dedicated contact even though appointing a Data Protection Officer is not mandatory for our activity under Article 37 GDPR. Other laws in the countries where the site is reachable require a publicly accessible channel — in Singapore, section 11(5) of the PDPA is explicit about it.

What you can ask for

• Access: whether we hold data about you, and a copy of it.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure, in the cases provided by law.
• Restriction: that processing stops while the data is kept.
• Portability: your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection to processing.
• Withdrawal of consent, at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
• Unsubscribe from commercial communications: the link is in every message and is free. You can also ask here.

Timing

We answer within 10 days. That is the shortest deadline among the countries where this site is published, and we apply it to everyone regardless of where you are.

Unsubscribing from commercial communications takes effect immediately and in any case within 2 business days.

What we need in order to answer

The business email address you used to contact us, and a statement of what you want to ask. Please do not send copies of identity documents: for a request arising from this site they are unnecessary, and receiving them would mean collecting more data than we need.

If you are not satisfied

You may take the matter to the supervisory authority in your country. The list by country is in the Privacy Notice. In Italy the competent authority is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
